Privacy policy
Last updated · June 2026
We collect only what we need to run a school, we guard it carefully, and we never sell it. Because most of our students are minors, we hold this to a higher bar.
What we collect
When you request information or apply, we collect the details you give us — student and guardian names, contact information, grade level, academic history, and anything you choose to share.
When you use the site, we collect basic technical data (device, browser, and pages visited) to keep things working and improve them.
How we use it
To respond to your questions, process applications, deliver courses, and keep families informed. We use a small number of trusted service providers (for email, hosting, and the learning platform) who are bound to protect your data.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising to students.
Student & minor privacy
Education records are handled consistently with FERPA. For students under 13, we follow COPPA: we collect only what's needed for school, and a parent or guardian provides consent through the application.
Guardians may review their student's records, ask us to correct them, or request deletion where the law allows.
Your choices
You can opt out of non-essential email at any time, and you can ask us not to sell or share personal information (we don't sell it regardless).
To exercise any privacy right, email [email protected] and we'll respond within the timelines the law requires.
